Please note that we do not provide extended credit terms and all orders must be paid either by Direct Credit or Credit Card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Our own normal warranty is a minimum of twelve months and on most of our new product range the manufacturer warranty is two - five years.
We prefer to despatch NZ Couriers for which a charge will be made to cover courier, packaging and insurance.
Note that with the high cost of CC facilities now we reserve the right to add 3% for all CC transactions

We will not divulge your contact details to any third party. We will maintain your contact details and may send you newsletters from time to time.

 

  1. Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment Card details;

Your CC details will not be kept on file once the transaction has been completed.

 

  1. Return/refund policy;

Goods are not returnable unless faulty in which case we will replace (or repair) at no charge within twelve months or other longer term that may be advertised from time to time.

Any Credit Card transaction is with Aviation Safety Supplies Ltd. If for any reason you wish to contact us then our contact numbers are on the website. Unless agreed in advance, we will not debit CC until goods are ready to despatch.

We do Export goods but you need to meet our strict criteria.

 

  1. Delivery policy;

We prefer to deliver via NZ Couriers. If rural delivery, an additional charge will be made to the standard courier charge.

Our registered office is located at 30 Mortlake Heights, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Your order may be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty

We pride ourselves in ensuring all our customers are happy. We are ISO9001 and have written procedures for any dispute that may arise. We will not accept any consequential liability for any issue arising from goods sold by the company.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by Credit Card, we reserve the right to charge +3% for any credit card transaction as we also offer you payment by direct credit and or cheque.
